Greenhouse Horticulturist

Pinnacle Acres is seeking a skilled Greenhouse Worker to join our team. As a Greenhouse Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our hydroponic crops.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the greenhouse environment, including crops and equipment.
- Perform hand harvesting of vegetables and other crops.
- Assist with planting, transplanting, and pruning of crops.
- Monitor and control pests and diseases in the greenhouse.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Will train on the job.
- Ability to work in a hot environment and stand for extended periods.
- Physically demanding work with handling heavy loads and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
The greenhouse is located in a rural area, and public transportation is not available. Employees are expected to have their own transportation.
