About the Role

Pinnacle Acres is seeking a skilled Greenhouse Worker to join our team. As a Greenhouse Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our hydroponic crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the greenhouse environment, including crops and equipment.
  • Perform hand harvesting of vegetables and other crops.
  • Assist with planting, transplanting, and pruning of crops.
  • Monitor and control pests and diseases in the greenhouse.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a hot environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Physically demanding role with handling of heavy loads.
Work Environment

The greenhouse is located in a rural area, and public transportation is not available. Employees are expected to have their own transportation.

Language and Work Conditions

The work language is English, and the work term is permanent. The work schedule is 40 to 55 hours per week.
