Key Responsibilities- Monitor and report signs of insect or disease damage to crops
- Clean and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
- Perform repetitive tasks, including standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Work in a physically demanding environment, handling weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
- Use attention to detail and hand-eye coordination to ensure accurate and efficient work
- Work overtime as required to meet production demands
- Experience in a greenhouse or agricultural setting is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Ability to lift and move weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
- Own transportation to and from work
The successful candidate will work in a hot environment, with a fast-paced workload and repetitive tasks. The position requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling, as well as lifting and moving weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).

Work ScheduleThe work schedule is 48 hours per week.
