At Uppal Building Supplies Ltd, we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, opening and distributing mail, and recording and preparing minutes of meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. They will be fluent in English and able to work 30 to 40 hours per week. The position is permanent and offers a dynamic and challenging work environment.

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries. They will also be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
