Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our customer-facing team.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and customer service skills.
  • Manage customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
