Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, customer service, and sales experience, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve sales and customer service skills
  • Develop and implement sales and customer service strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales operations
  • Monitor and analyze sales and customer service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
