Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Management: Manage multiple healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure project success.


Requirements:


  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in healthcare construction.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in project management software.


Compensation:


  • Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
