Job Title: Truck Fleet Supervisor

Mir Transport is seeking a highly skilled Truck Fleet Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our truck fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure the timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance of vehicles to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support fleet operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
