Job Summary:The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. This includes arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Oversee development of communication strategies
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
- Maintain and manage digital database
- Conduct performance reviews
- Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources
- Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, human resources software, and Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Knowledge of business terminology and area of work experience in human resources and tourism
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
