Catering Operations Manager

At CHETAN CATERING AND TAKEOUT LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering services, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and assess the efficiency of our catering services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Monitor Revenues and Labour Costs: Analyze financial data to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize our catering services.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to ensure seamless execution of catering events, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and logistics.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Hire and train a team of skilled catering staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our customers.
- Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate your team to achieve high standards of customer service and food quality, addressing any performance issues promptly and fairly.
- Cost Control and Inventory Management: Manage food and beverage costs, ensuring that we maintain a high level of quality while controlling expenses.
- Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored catering solutions.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing initiatives to promote our catering services, identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
