About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fulfill a full-time (40h/week) position as an Engineering Track Intern - Canada (Western Region) in Edmonton, AB. The role involves participating in the development of a Capital Plan for the region that allocates funding.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Assist the Chief Engineering Eastern Region and the Manager Track Quality in building multi-year Capital Plans.">
  • Collect and consolidate multiple track conditions.">
  • Repair history data from various sources.">
  • Develop templates for prioritizing Rail, Tie, and Surfacing programs.">
  • Learn the basics of track structure and critical parameters related to its quality and degradation.">
  • Assist the Chief Engineering Eastern Region and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in preparing business cases concerning Special Capital for similar programs.">

Estimated Salary
