About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Compass Group Canada. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Load and unload dishwashers, ensuring that all items are properly sanitized and stored.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and ready for service.
  • Participate in the cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that all areas of the kitchen are clean and organized, and that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and organization.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with others in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
