About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Compass Group Canada. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Load and unload dishwashers, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
  • Keep records of food quantities used and maintain accurate inventory
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods
