We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for managing cash handling, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory, including stockroom and display areas
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of retail experience, including cash handling and supervisory roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
