Retail Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team at Petro Canada. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail stores, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a role model by providing excellent customer service and leading by example.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and management personnel.
- Hire, train, and develop store staff to meet business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data entry to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (estimated), depending on location and experience.
