Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Quebec City, QC.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide coaching and feedback to management and team members to drive performance and growth.
- Meet service level agreements for in-store services and order fulfillment.
- Support customer acquisition through loyalty and credit card programs.
- Implement and execute visual compliance standards, store maintenance, and pricing standards.
- Lead the execution of seasonal changeovers and deliver annual corporate shrink targets.
- Oversee preparation for annual inventories and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Create and monitor efficient store scheduling for sales and support functions.
- 3-5 years retail experience required.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop department and store teams.
- Superior training and mentoring skills.
