We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Decathlon Canada Inc.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising displays to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
