About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Swarovski. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in our luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure a high-performing team
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager who has a passion for luxury retail and a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a luxury retail environment
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on sales growth and team leadership
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Digital proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
