About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Infrastructure Group Manager to join our team at Associated Engineering. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing civil infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and support staff, to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a consulting capacity.
- Proven track record of successful project management, including experience with design, engineering, construction, and management.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel across Canada, with a valid driver's license.
