Job Title: Developmental Service Worker

Care24Inc is seeking a skilled Developmental Service Worker to join our team. As a key member of our community support team, you will work closely with clients to provide life skills workshops, assess their needs, and develop personalized service plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and office support
  • Assess clients' needs and eligibility for specific services
  • Implement life skills workshops and substance abuse treatment programs
  • Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers
  • Maintain program statistics for evaluation and research purposes
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Participate in government or community programs supporting newcomers and refugees
  • Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition
Support for Youths:
  • Participate in government or community programs supporting youth employment
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Participate in government or community programs supporting Indigenous people

Work Details: Permanent position, 30 hours per week, English language required.
