Job Title: Business Development Officer

JK Capital Management Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to promote industrial and commercial investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop policies and procedures to support business growth and development.
  • Supervise a team of professional and support staff to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment.
  • Plan and develop projects to support business growth and development.
  • Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities.
  • Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.
  • Develop social and economic profiles of an area to encourage industrial and commercial investment.
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
  • Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals.
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to promote business growth and development.
  • Design, conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects.
  • Develop feasibility studies to support business growth and development.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote business growth and development.
  • Develop and implement business plans to support business growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic security clearance.
