Job Summary:
ADGA seeks a Senior Integrated Logistics Specialist to join the Tactical Command and Control Information System Modernization project with our client.
This role involves developing and maintaining Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP) for TacC2ISM, contributing to design and support processes, and facilitating specification, design, development, acquisition, test, fielding, and support of systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop ILSPs that outline necessary logistic activities, assign responsibility, and establish completion schedules.
- Participate in design and support processes to identify RAMD criteria and optimization approaches.
- Provide ILS advice and expertise to facilitate system specification, design, development, acquisition, test, fielding, and support.
- Design support solutions to achieve supportability requirements and value optimization within cost constraints.
- Identify initial support packages, including spare parts, special tools, and documentation, based on project requirements.
- Develop plans and documents for initial provisioning, scaling calculations, procurement support, and delivery support.
- Evaluate ILS bid proposals and provide feedback and recommendations to the project manager.
- Work with engineering and procurement to integrate ILS efforts with other program activities.
- Plan and implement logistics support elements, including maintenance tasks, spares, training, technical publications, translation, and facilities.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Management Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a strong asset.
- Valid Secret level 2 clearance (PSPC) and Controlled Goods are mandatory.
Salary Estimate:
We offer a competitive base salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
