Health Information Management Director

Northern Health is seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as the Director, Health Information Management. This key role will lead the delivery of Health Information Management (HIM) services, including registration, release of information, records management, and health informatics.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team responsible for delivering HIM services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve HIM functions
- Manage complex projects and quality improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in health information science or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HIM or a related field
- Proven leadership and change management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary range: $116,591 - $145,739
