We are seeking a skilled and experienced Terminal Operations Manager to join our team at Air and Oceanland Inc.
Job Summary:The Terminal Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our terminal, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare production and other reports to monitor and improve operational performance.
- Recommend measures to enhance work methods and improve productivity.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve product quality.
- Supervise workers and projects, including dispatching bus drivers and monitoring routes.
- Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations and standards.
- Recommend personnel actions to support effective team management.
- A college diploma or certificate from a program of 1-2 years is required.
- Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and a strong work ethic are necessary for success in this role.
- Paid salary of $45,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
