Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Alliance Labeling Inc.

Job Summary:

The Inventory Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking of inventory levels, and coordinating with other departments to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks to accomplish work efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure adequate coverage and expertise.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer, manufacture, and warehouse environments.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in inventory control software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, excellent oral and written communication, initiative, judgement, organized, reliable, and team player.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
