About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Tiny Hoppers. As a key member of our childcare centre, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
  • Lead activities such as storytelling, teaching songs, and taking children on outings to local points of interest
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and submitting written observations on children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in early childhood education an asset
  • Child development assistant (ECE level 1) certification
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check and immunization records
