Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Little Happy Faces Daycare. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and inclusive environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Lead activities that encourage creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and community service providers.
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment that protects the well-being of children.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of other Early Childhood Educators and assistants.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • First Aid and CPR Certificates.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
