Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

Little Adventure on Island Enterprise Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest.
  • Encourage children to express creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents or guardians.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
