Assistant Photo Lab Manager

At London Drugs Limited, we're seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Photo Lab Manager. This role is a great opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in photography, while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Department Manager in directing staff to maintain merchandising, customer service, and operational standards within the lab and the photo counter.
  • Provide quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner to customers.
  • Stay current with changes in photography technology and innovations in the industry through independent research, training materials, seminars, and awareness of competitive activity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of management retail experience (although applicants without management experience may also be considered).
  • Extensive knowledge of photography.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Regular Part-Time employee, you will be scheduled a minimum of 1456 hours per year, up to 40 hours per week, and must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday, for day and evening shifts. This position requires the successful candidate to transfer from one store to another, or to work in other locations depending on organizational need and career development opportunities. Mode of transportation will be the responsibility of the employee.
