UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer with expertise in Web3 and blockchain technologies to join our team at NearSource Technologies. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and user requirements.
- Design user interfaces that are optimized for blockchain functionalities and provide a seamless experience for users.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Evaluate competitor projects, identify design weaknesses, and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the final product matches design standards and user expectations.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer within the web3/crypto space.
- A portfolio highlighting design work for web applications, with a focus on blockchain-based projects.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, smart contracts, and wallet integrations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
