Hotel Operations Supervisor

Job Description:
At Smoky Lake Inn, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating hotel activities: Work effectively with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Establishing work schedules and procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity.
- Supervising staff: Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure that our hotel staff are equipped to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Preparing reports: Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on hotel operations, including guest feedback and staff performance.
- Problem-solving and technical advice: Resolve issues promptly and provide technical advice to staff to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assisting guests: Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, addressing their special needs and requirements.
- Co-ordinating and reviewing work: Effectively allocate tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure that all goals are met.
- Technical maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of hotel systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Materials and supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain efficient hotel operations.
