Hotel Operations Supervisor

At Super 8 Smoky Lake, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to support hotel operations.
- Attention to detail is essential in this role, as you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of hotel operations.
- Fast-paced environment with a large workload, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
- Standing for extended periods may be required, as well as working under pressure to meet deadlines and guest expectations.
- Accurate and reliable, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
