Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Wendcorp Holdings Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that our menu offerings are consistently delivered to our high standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
