Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Wendcorp Holdings Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Hire and train food service staff, ensuring that we have a skilled and dedicated team.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate data to inform our decisions.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. You will be required to work efficiently, effectively, and safely, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
