Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Talent Nails and Lashes Ltd. is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nail care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Client Service: Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Operations: Arrange for maintenance and repair work, requisition materials and equipment, and monitor quality and production levels.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress reports, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience in a nail salon or related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
Work Environment:

Our salon is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
