Position Overview

The Nail Salon Supervisor at LAVIE NAIL LOUNGE INC. plays a crucial role in ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency within the salon.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to clients with specific needs to enhance their experience.
  • Act as the primary contact for managing emergency situations effectively.
  • Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the activities of salon staff, ensuring optimal workflow.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
  • Develop and implement work schedules and operational procedures.
Supervisory Scope

Responsible for supervising a team of approximately 16-20 employees.

Safety and Security
