Position Overview

The Nail Salon Supervisor at LAVIE NAIL LOUNGE INC. plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon. This position requires a blend of leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with special needs, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
  • Act as the primary contact for managing emergency situations effectively.
  • Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the activities of salon staff, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and operational procedures to enhance productivity.
Supervisory Scope

Responsible for supervising a team of approximately 16-20 employees.

Safety and Security
