Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Establish and maintain work schedules, including staffing levels and employee training.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
