Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food meets our high quality standards.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Establish and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and wastage.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
This is a permanent position with a 35 to 40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
