Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively supervise and train staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality food standards. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:30 to 40 hours per week.
