We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Kelly, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of engineering projects. As a seasoned professional with a passion for talent acquisition, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-tier engineering talent to drive innovation and growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Your expertise in sourcing and recruiting will enable us to attract the best candidates in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and recruiting qualified engineering talent, with a focus on mid-to-senior level professionals
  • Managing 8-15 active requisitions concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies that meet their business objectives
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and internal teams
  • Negotiating and closing deals with top talent, resulting in successful placements
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or staffing, preferably in an engineering fieldProven track record of successfully recruiting mid-to-senior level engineering professionalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidatesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategicallyProficiency in using Bullhorn or similar recruitment software
