Job Title: Business Technology Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Technology Manager to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing various technology projects and ensuring their successful implementation.

Job Description:

  • Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning to budgeting, resource allocation, change management, and risk assessment.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, schedule meetings, and prepare briefing notes, meeting minutes, and other documents as needed.
  • Prepare presentations for engagement with stakeholders, steering committees, project groups, and other stakeholders to communicate project progress and results.
  • Support team members in the analysis of industry engagement surveys and ensure effective communication between external stakeholders, the Client, Technology, and Innovation teams.
  • Manage tasks and action items, follow up on escalations, and provide support by bridging communication between stakeholders.
  • Maintain engagement, meeting, and opportunity trackers, and respond to stakeholder requests in a timely manner.
  • Document and report project status against established objectives, milestones, budget, and resources, and facilitate tracking and closure of issues and risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • 8 years of experience developing project deliverables, including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs, and project closures.
  • 8 years of experience managing custom application development projects with at least 5 team members.
  • 8 years of experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • 8 years of experience successfully implementing IT solutions in an environment with project resources from across multiple teams or organizations.

Preferred Skills and Work Experience:

  • 4 years of experience conducting, facilitating, and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios.
  • 4 years of experience creating and managing project forecast and actual budgets.
  • 7 years of experience developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across the organization, including executive level.
  • 2 years of experience making decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues without formal guidelines or precedents.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is $109-$112 per hour, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
