About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our bakery team as a Baker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to meet established standards
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality baked goods
  • Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize production
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a bakery or related field is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
