Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread and pastry products.

Responsibilities
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality bread and pastry products.
  • Ensure that all products meet established quality standards.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate machinery and equipment to prepare and bake products.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
