Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Sales Team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for scaling our Patient Growth solutions, building strong relationships with dental practices across North America, and driving revenue growth for Opencare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with dental practices, ensuring their business objectives align with Opencare's goals.
  • Run a full outbound sales cycle, from identifying stakeholders to closing deals, with a focus on creative sales strategies and leveraging CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Inform and shape the team's strategy by tracking sales performance metrics and reporting to the team on a regular basis.
  • Contribute to the Opencare Sales playbook and identify ways to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Manage multi-channel sales experiments to improve the sales funnel.
  • Help with the training, onboarding, and leadership of new hires and junior sales team members.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a full-cycle sales role with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, short-medium sales cycles, and the ability to anchor decision-making around sales strategies using data.
  • Experience selling into SMBs, with a bonus for Brick and Mortar experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a knack for building trust-based relationships, especially with SMB clients.
  • Ability to quickly pinpoint problems, handle objections, and imagine creative solutions to keep the action going.
  • Consultative approach when helping clients, with a focus on needs discovery and building trust to influence decisions.
  • Natural curiosity and a willingness to work in a learning environment.
