Job Summary

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pump Attendant. As a key member of our gas station team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the gas pumps, manage fuel inventory, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and efficient fueling experience.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash, balancing the register, and securing the premises.
  • Perform housekeeping and maintenance duties to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Collaborate with the Gas Bar Manager to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, fuel operations, and safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor as required.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
