Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pump Attendant at our gas station. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our station.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the fueling area, store, and surrounding grounds.
  • Perform various tasks as assigned by management, including ordering and receiving merchandise, operating the StorePoint Terminal, and performing opening and closing procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
