**Job Summary**

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a PT Pump Attendant to join our team. As a PT Pump Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide a positive and professional approach to customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Be dependable and responsible for all scheduled shifts, ensuring the store is well-stocked and maintained.
  • Operate the StorePoint Terminal as assigned by the manager or GB Clerk.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including housekeeping and maintenance duties.
  • Order, receive, price, and display merchandise as directed by the station manager.
  • Assist customers with their purchases and provide information on products and services.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or GB Clerk.

**Requirements**

  • Strong service-oriented attitude and ability to work effectively with customers.
  • Well-organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
  • Physical ability to handle the work to be assigned.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
