Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Kinetix Wellness. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Provide customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
