As a key member of our team, the Event Coordinator Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients in the planning and execution of their wedding. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers, assisting clients in selecting and booking venues, caterers, florists, photographers, and other vendors, creating and managing wedding budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors, providing guidance and advice to clients on wedding etiquette and traditions, coordinating and managing all aspects of the wedding day, and ensuring that all details of the wedding are executed according to the client's wishes.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Assist clients in selecting and booking venues, caterers, florists, photographers, and other vendors
- Create and manage wedding budgets
- Negotiate contracts with vendors
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on wedding etiquette and traditions
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the wedding day
- Ensure that all details of the wedding are executed according to the client's wishes
- Bachelor's degree in Event Planning or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in event planning
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of wedding etiquette and traditions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
